The client offers fully customizable Payroll, Time and Attendance, and HR Services through its proprietary Web-based technology platform. Its web-based technology platform is a leading-edge software application with the most advanced and up-to-date features and functionality. The client also provides technical and client support, including software updates and maintenance, hosting, and security of its technology platform. 

 

Background

The client provided HR solutions to customers on the cloud. Its HR solution included functional modules of Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment, Benefits & Administration. The client wanted to provide analytical reports for these functional modules. For this, the client decided to implement Oracle BI on top of a custom data warehouse to create a best-of-the-breed Business Intelligence (BI) solution for its customers.  

Due to the paucity of internal skills to implement the Oracle BI solution, the client was looking for an implementation partner. 

 

Solution

DiLytics implemented an Oracle BI solution for Payroll and Time & Attendance modules. The solution was built on top of a custom data warehouse and the data in the data warehouse was sourced from the client’s cloud application. DiLytics provided the following services:
