A regional energy efficiency agency sought to improve visibility into the effectiveness and impact of its Codes & Standards Program. Program data related to trainings, forums, registrations, attendance, and surveys was distributed across multiple spreadsheets and systems, resulting in manual reporting processes, limited analytical capabilities, and challenges in measuring long-term program performance.
