The organization helps local governments, businesses, and residents improve energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and accelerate sustainability initiatives through advisory services, incentive programs, and energy planning initiatives.

Eliminating Manual Reporting and Improving Visibility into Energy Program Performance

The Integrated Energy Services Program relied on Salesforce and spreadsheet-based processes to manage project and building information. Manual reporting activities and disconnected data sources limited visibility into program outcomes, project lifecycles, and energy savings performance.

Manual Data Collection and Reporting

Manual Data Collection and Reporting

Program teams relied on spreadsheet-based processes and manual file uploads, increasing reporting effort and the risk of data inconsistencies

Limited Project Lifecycle Visibility

Limited Project Lifecycle Visibility

Stakeholders lacked end-to-end visibility into project progress, roadmap implementation activities, and local government participation

Inconsistent Program Metrics

Inconsistent Program Metrics

The absence of standardized reporting definitions and metrics made it difficult to evaluate program performance consistently across participating organizations

Limited Self-Service Analytics

Limited Self-Service Analytics

Users depended on static reports and manual analysis, restricting their ability to explore data, identify trends, and answer ad hoc business questions
