Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing projects/product development with onsite/offshore model and implementing tactical and strategic road-map for end customers to drive revenue
- Take project management ownership of Analytics projects in Oracle, Microsoft, Tableau, Informatica, Snowflake and many other Analytics platforms
- Manage the complete End-to-End lifecycle of projects in Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau and many other Analytics tools
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- P/L responsibility for India operations within Data Analytics and Insights Service unit
- Participating in client meet to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Build the capability of Data Analytics and Insights team on best practices and industry trends
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in project and delivery management
- Proven experience as a successful delivery-oriented mindset with experience in SCRUM & AGILE development methodologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Good working knowledge in one or more of Oracle, Microsoft, Tableau, Informatica, Snowflake and many other Analytics platforms
- Experience with project management software tools
